I have been on a dedicated personal growth journey since 1999. I had a twin flame experience the end of October 2016, which activated Kundalini awakening and a spiritual awakening in me. (It knocked me on my arse, to say the least!)
This experience has by no means made me some kind of enlightened guru. I am as human as the next and I love it, because it is our humanness that connects us. It did give me a lot of wisdom into myself and human behaviour and this has helped me to grow as a person and develop deeper emotional intelligence.
I began an instagram page back in 2017 with the intention to share my insights and healing journey with others. This grew into more, with a blog and a youtube channel.
I am an energy healer, mentor, coach and content creator.
